I have a problem with my sunroof....

It closes nicely but it still lets some rain water in. This rain water then settles just under the drainage holes and it has caused slight rust around that area.

The drainage holes are unblocked so would a new sunroof seal stop the water geting in completely?

Possibly.  Around ?25 from GPC VW Audi mine cost me.  The paint may have got thin around where the seal rubs against the roof when you open and close the roof which would make it not such a good seal to.  Try a new seal I reckon.

Sounds like you'll almost have a new car at the end of all of this work!!!
