VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 40 Genuine Recaro Wingback Seats
I have for sale my MK7 Clubsport Edition 40 Recaro Wingback seats. These are heated.
If you are reading this you are probably aware of how difficult wingback seats are getting to source, and these are the best VAG OEM version available being the latest produced (please do not mistake for MK5 versions which are now getting as old as 20 years). Even if it was decided to purchase older seats and re-trim (cost circa £2k when I enquired), the upholstery trim is not available to purchase ruling this out.
These seats were an expensive option on the MK7 Clubsport, so rarely selected – there cannot be many of these seats in existence. While I was offered many sets by scammers, only three sets became available in Europe over almost 18 months of looking; the first were rejected due condition and the second sold immediately. These were purchased from an ultra low mileage Clubsport being traded in.
Will fit various VW’s and Audi’s, but normally purchased by Clubsport owners wishing to upgrade.
The seats are in truly fantastic condition and have been professionally cleaned and treated with Gyoen Coat, a SiO2 protector – all ready for the new owner. These seats are increasing in value if looked after, so can be enjoyed knowing that they can be resold without losing money! Absolutely no creaks!
