TCR engine?

I’d be interested to know a little more about the engine. I know the Gti and r have different turbos and I believe the tcr has the is38 from the r. But I understand the block / internals to be stronger in the r too, if so which one is the tcr?

Any other notable quirks with the tcr?

Which parts of each are in the tcr or is it the whole r lump but slightly de-tuned?
