Hi I'm fitting a dash cam with a parking battery in my mk8 and don't fancy removing the trim from the A pillar. one thoughts is to place the battery in the boot run the power cable inside the cill somehow and then run the power from the battery in the side of the roof lining along with the are camera connect. Has anyone done this or have any pointers. thanks John
