You know how it goes, it’s hot, you can’t sleep, so you decide to bore yourself into slumber in the wee hours by watching a YouTube vid.
This one happened to be a review featuring a Porsche 992 with a PDK DSG ‘box.
The thing that caught my attention (so much for sending me to sleep) was the similarity of the type of gear shifter to a mk8 Golf, but the Porsche shifter was bigger (obviously, reflecting the size of wallet and the over compensating of 992 owners).
In fact the 992 shifter looks similar to the electric shaver my grandad had. But kinda cool looking.
Have any mk8 owners in their travels of various forums and Chinese tat websites ever come across a modification to turn the mk8 gear nugget into more of a gear goujon?
