Silencer delete

I have a 2023 clubsport and looking to do silencer delete
Will this affect my warranty?

I literally had this conversation with my dealer last week
Below is quote from the email he replied to me

"I have spoken to our Master Technician and he has advised not to do this as although it may not void the entire warranty it could void anything to do with the gearbox / engine and drivetrain"

So sadly I am going to leave it alone...
