Android auto
« on: 26 January 2025, 18:46 »
Had the car a week now and hasn't put a foot wrong
However just driving home listening to music on android auto
And it stopped working and wouldn't reconnect. Turned car and phone off and back on and still won't connect, only via Bluetooth.
When I try to connect android auto it says turn the cars WiFi hotspot on but when I try it won't let me, also never had to do that before to connect it... Any help would be appreciated

I've had this message on occasion (maybe 10-20 times in 4 years) and like your message it says something like' turn on WiFi to connect Android Auto.  I'm not sure if exact wording because I tried to do that first time and it didn't work.  Since then I've ignored it and it has resolved itself within a few minutes. Hopefully yours will do likewise.

Correct it wasn't helpful but did make me laugh.
Wouldn't call it an upgrade going to an iPhone myself...😆🤙
