I’m assuming you’ve switched the phone off and restarted it?
Have you tried a reset on the head-unit in the vehicle? (Very long press on the power button with ignition on until the unit switches fully off and reboots)
Is the car showing as one of your saved Bluetooth devices on the actual phone?
