8.5 GTI Park Assist Pro

 Park assist pro (Technology package park & comfort pro) is now standard equipment on the UK spec GTI and Clubsport, the UK Configurator has not been available for a few days and has come back live with this now added, there may be some other changes too, but I haven’t spotted any, the RRP has remained unchanged at £39400 at this point.

Your dealer would be best placed to answer that, but I’d expect it not to be unless the order is amended, as the product option codes will already be assigned to your order and in the system.

Indeed. I did change my spec on two occasions though, and it still arrived early, one being the colour, and the other being heads up display. Probably I different scenario here though, as it’s been added as standard spec, so not sure it would be a straight forward spec change. Worth asking about though perhaps.

Probably another configurator error to add to the others.
Drift mode on a Clubsport? Golf R Akrapovič likewise on a Clubby?  Yeah right.
Black styling pack still listed at £1285ish yet is a fraction of that elsewhere.
There’s a whole load of errors and I can’t see any major “free” additions until after the next price hike and 2025 model year changes announced.
