Yes, I'm set at the primary user. Everything else works fine.

My software seems older than others on here, perhaps all I need is an update ...

Works for me with no additional subscription so they are wrong. I didn't work for days just kept saying it needed an update. Car has been doing various updates from a few days after I picked it so maybe the right update got through?
