Has anyone had this recall actioned?

I was on another site and the subject of recalls came up so I was curious about the Golf.

I found this for 2019 Golf's.

Is this something I should have been contacted about by my dealer as I've had my car since 2020?

145 affected vehicles, quite unlikely then!
