Diecast Models

Yes sad i know but i want one for me desk in work.

Does anyone konw a good place for these sorts of things, i found 1 but its white.  I remember seeing some on ebay and they were on a plastic VW presentation stand.  But the foto looked like it was taken in a dealers place.  Not sure though.  Emailed the guy to mail me if he gets grey ones but nothing.

I have been looking fo rthe same a Steel Grey Golf GTi diecast model, I have seen Red ones all over the place especially eBay, I also asked VW parts and they said they cannot gaurentee the colour you will get !!!!!

:o OMFG thats soo funny.  They are exactly the same pics as the ones i say on ebay.  That must be the chap who i mailed as it was both red and silver he had lol.

they sell ones in my local dealership or various cars, inlcuding the Mark 5 gti! so maybe yours does! They also sell GTI fleeces (which i want) but i am concerned that i will look a bit sad!

I walk past a good model shop in Covent Garden on my way to work, I got my models there after years of searching, they're both Mk1's, i got a 1/43 scale and a 1/20 scale. I'm sure they had all the golfs (even a mk2) I'll have a look tomorrow :kiss:

I wanted to paint it black but when i did the 1/43 it didn't come out too well so i haven't bothred yet.

It was too rainy this morning so i didn't stop at the shop, sorry about that  :smiley: its on the same road as Stringfellows but i don't know the name, i'm crap at road names  :embarassed:

its not Cameron no  :huh:  it can't see the likeness myself :shocked: well apart from the surfboard she always seems to be holding these days  :rolleyes:
