They word these letters like they’re doing me a favour.  Got  to go now drive my car to a dealership and hang around for half an hour while they book it in, get a courtesy car then go to work.  Then do it all again after work. 

No offer to compensate for the inconvenience yet again.  It was only in the dealership in December and then January for warranty work on the steering wheel and battery.

The more recalls they have the better it is for them.
