im depressed now lol

hey ppl, i joined the site site feeling chuffed with buy a mk4 2.0 gti, which was a jump from my punto 1.1! but after reading and researching im feeling depressed i didnt go for the turbo!! i thought it would be a nice little project.

How much are ppl pushing out of these? anybody know of any non turbo mk4 gti that actually is quick?

also i been searching the site for hours and i cant find hardly anything about addin a turbo to a 2.0?? is this cos it cant happen? not being the cleverest in car mods i was thinking adding a turbo to a non turbo was possible? is this not the case? and does that go for making it 4wd too?

sorry if these q's sound a bit thick but we all got to start somewhere! i want to know how much bhp ppl hav got from it??

Hi trukangsta and welcome to the forum.. i also have a 2.0L GTi basically because at the time of buying it i couldnt afford the whopping insurance that went with buying a 1.8T.. but iam quite happy with my car.
best thing to do would be to change the exhaust and maybe add an induction kit, i also understand that you can slap a supercharger on it.. costs quite abit of cash tho.. but maybe you could find places that could offer something cheaper
