On my recently bought 2016 GTi, I am getting a frozen touchscreen quite often and it won't work for a while. Seems to work once I have been driving a while or sometimes when i hold power down for 10 secs or so. I have researched this and looks like it is relatively common, possible temperature related. All works perfectly once going.
Anyone here had this? Is a firmware software update possible does anyone know and where is best to do this if so? Sat nav is also original 2016 so would like to do this as well.
Looks like I have the bigger screen version.
