Sorry to hijack the thread, I’ve dropped round for something else and I’ve not read all the posts. May have been mentioned…

If you want to keep the gold 8, especially for another 3 years, have you spoke to warranty wise? The price and level of cover they’ve offered me on my M2 is very good. £1500 for 3 years vs BMW extended at over £1k a year.

The cover level depends on age and mileage of car at the start of the warranty.

Thanks Exonian!
I think the ID's are on 0% because of what was a daft initial price and lets face it, if you are in the market for an EV, there are potentially  better looking EV's out there?

Carl, VW do an All in One plan that’s pretty decent value but it’d be interesting to see how warranty wise and other third party providers compare :afro:

Hope you’re still enjoying the M2

Tony Jazz, fair point on the exterior and interior looks on the ID’s. Although there’s a facelifted ID.3 parked around the corner from me on 20” Sanya wheels that actually looks quite nice. Still horrifically overpriced though no doubt and 50bhp too slow. It’ll be interesting to see the ID.3 GTX

Look Here anybody considering an All In Plan.

It’s great value even at full price, but a steal at 20% off, imho.

@Exonian how's your luck with scratch cards? If it's good you could get a fancy electric golf

One of those pulled up outside the house yesterday. Would be entertaining to see one negotiate a multistorey car park....

Yes, great suggestion David, I’m sold on the idea of these but the ‘combover’ roof is a bit of an acquired taste.
Also the Volvo EX30 comes in 400+ bhp flavour at almost reasonable cost. Bit boring looking but the performance of these things makes 300bhp hot hatches look positively pedestrian.

Didn't know about the EX30 but after looking a Plus model with twin motors (sub 4 second 0-62) is only £40,000 like the Brabus
