Always meant to ask this.... on the left hand paddle it's marked with a '-' and on the right '+' but there is also the word 'off', any idea what this relates to?

Does not holding back the right paddlle when in manual mode put your car back into full auto mode.
Effectively turning manual mode "off" ??
