I’ve upgraded and there are a few others. As long as you’ve a 2.0 car (6.5 inch screen) you can upgrade just the screen however the trim you need for the bigger screen is (I think) only available in gloss black so check the match with your other trim. I got mine from eBay and have had it in place for nearly 2 years - it really modernises the car imo.
