Is it possible to add parking cam to GTi performance 2018? I would like to get one fitted on my new car. How much if it is possible? Thanks

Lots of companies offering retro fits, either high line or low line.
Google is your friend for this 😀

There are also a couple of guys in the Facebook groups who fit them, as well as stereos and virtual cockpits

My local dealership pointed me in the direction of Richter Automotive who charged £840 to retrofit the OEM reversing camera on my 2018 plate GTI Performance last month.

Dunno if that’s a good price tbh as I didn’t bother shopping around.

VW Retrofit in Redditch are currently selling the low line reverse camera for £360 including fitting.
You’ll obviously have to drive there to have it done,have a look on their website.

you've probably paid more than double what you should have but if you're happy and it all works correctly then that's all that really matters.

Can other optional extras such as Climate Screen, Dynaudio, Park Assist and High Beam Assist be retrofitted to a Mk7.5?

As my mate has a GTI which came equipped with every damn thing!

Oh dear Thankfully it works perfectly so I can amortise that £400 uplift over the next few years I intend to keep this car!

I’m guessing that none of those items are straightforward retrofits which I could get done at a competent workshop for something vaguely near the factory fit price then!
