Cheaper at lll parts. Part Number 06k 103 925 aa. Also need ball piin for attachment.
Mk6 GTI Carbon Grey, 2010 Bluetooth and voice fitted, a few VCDS mods still a comfortable family car. Red Scirocco 2011 twin charger stage 1 - enjoyable drive now gone.  White 2016 Polo GTI (roller skate on steroids) replaced with an Indium Grey 2019 7.5 GTI PP.

It looks good, but I am not sure that I could justify spending £50 or so on something which never really gets seen by anyone.

I'm guessing it's just decorative? although I know that part of the front of the engine can get very dusty.

Yep, suppose it could stop dirt etc getting into the manifold nooks and crannys, but it does tidy up the front of the bay👍
