Front driver seat

I was driving to work this morning and heard this terrible noise, seems that now I either have my music up louder or don’t move.

None of my other seats do this on either side. Do you think it’s a fair request to have this in for them to look at or am I being too picky?

I would get them to look at it. Paid good money for the car, shouldnt have squeaks and rattles of any sort
