I’m really pleased with the Pilot Sport 4S, especially in the wet and greasy conditions we have at the moment. The Pirelli P Zeros had a lot of tramping in the wet and cold. It’s also worth noting that I got 18,000 miles out of my last set of PS4S’s which is over 5000 miles more than I’ve had on any tyre before. That more than offsets the extra cost.

In the dry and warm they are simply outstanding!

New mk8 on nineteens comes with Hankook Ventus S1evo3. Might be worth looking at those.

But its all about rim protection too, any ideas if they have a good amount?

The S2's it seems had an amazing amount of rim protection. Maybe worth going to see if you can look at a set of S3's?

Ive just bought 4 x Michelin PS4S, got them from Camskill cost £468 after £75 discount for buying 4 so they ended up being £3 more than F1's, happy with that

Well those are the tyres your car deserves. Thats a pretty good price tbh for 19's of any sort.

That was very good, I paid over £700 for mine on my last car in 2017. I was very impressed with them even at the price I paid.

Good work. You won’t regret that.
The PS4S are well proven and you know exactly what you’re getting.

The Kumhos will sell easily enough on local gumtree or Facebook marketplace I reckon.
