What have you done to your mk8 today?

Today, after nearly 34 years of car ownership (give or take) I belly flopped into my first ever PCP trap.

PW vanilla spec Clubsport


Been extremely busy of late and got some more busy days lined up but I’ll report back properly in due course :afro:


Needed to release the capital I had in the BMW promptly (didn’t have finance on that car) so I didn’t need too much arm twisting when presented with a choice of fresh Clubsports straight off the boat. Hate the thought of a PCP (no employer paid assistance here) but needs must.

It has the lovely Bridgestones too  :rolleyes:

Welcome back from the dark side Exonian, not that you ever really left :smiley:.

Pure White? Now there’s a surprise :grin:. Great colour choice, although I might be biased.

If you’ve still got your wheel collection tucked away, it’ll be a good time to dust it down and find something more befitting of the Clubsport, rather than stick with the Bridgestone-clad five pronged Swastika’s.

Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Clubsport, and hopefully seeing a picture or two.

See, i was right. I knew it... Its just coming up to my underpants refresh time and Exonian had only swapped one car since i last changed them.

Lockdown makes you assess time by different methods  :laugh: :laugh:

I should write something sensible really.. I thought you'd said Exonian that you ditched the TCR because the ride was too hard for your back? Clarky posted the other day that he thought the clubby was harsher than the tcr... Chiropractor gift vouchers for Christmas?
