Today I found out, quite by accident, that if you gently tap the on/off button on the infotainment screen, it mutes the sound. Tap it again and it unmutes it. Quite neat.
Anyone else noticed it?
Yes. Likewise I found it by accident when pressing things after the unit became laggy one day early in ownership.
Short press mutes mine, a longer press turns it mostly off (standby) and a very long press does a reboot. Best done stationary or you’ll be weaving up the road like you’ve had a skinful of Stella otherwise.
