I checked every alloy with the fitter before and after following bad tyre fitter experiences in the past.
But it was a quick 4 pm hand back and the last thing I was looking for was the wrong tyres. The alloys were perfect so off we went!

That is seriously negligent. Even with what they put on, they could've kept the Primacy's on one axle and the PS4s on the other. Another reason to avoid black circles etc and go to Costco - no third party fitters.

BTW - Costco Michelin promo back on from Monday for 3 weeks.

I’m convinced the fitters have no idea that they were not supplied with 4 PS4s.
I’ve used them three times before and they are my preferred choice.
They will be getting a polite visit in person on Monday when I will ask them to tell me what they think is wrong.
I expect to hear from Blackcircles on Mon/Tues.

Now the proud owner of four PS4s!
The reaction to my complaint was all rapid and positive as it jolly well should be.
I didn’t hold out for compensation as frankly just wanted things sorted quickly and move on to enjoy my tyre purchase.

Monkeyhanger..... that Costco offer is amazing if you buy 4 tyres. That would be £60 less than I paid but.... it would be 90 mile round trip for me to get them.
