mk1 1.9TD 020 gearbox problem

Have Vw Golf MK1 1.9 TD with 020 gearbox the problem I have is that the 5:th gear will not take the posotion tried with many shift rods and impossible to get in  any have the right tips to give  Me what shift rods I neeed
 would be nice
