VW UK are obviously booting all the mk7.5’s off company fleet now through the closed auctions.
The first mk8’s are already on UK soil so the 7.5’s are surplus now.
Funny how they’re still just about in 7.5 production run down when the 8 is already in full swing! There always used to be a bit of a gap.

I've been 'invited' to an event at South Hereford where they are offering certain new cars at cost price. I'm guessing these will be mostly surplus Golfs that they don't even own, but will sell at cost just to try and sign up a finance deal.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

At cost events usually mean they sell the car at base discount price. The price they would get it for if they didn't have any customer satisfaction or volume sales discount - not their actual cost price. I wouldn't bet on more than 10% discount.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....
MK7 R 5 door, manual, Lapiz Blue, Prets.

I don't know, and won't know. I shan't be going. I only go shopping when I need or want something.

They (TCR's) are all over the place looking around.

Seem to be about 30k, which isn't bad but the residuals are still absolutely terrible.
