right i get the vr6 lump tomorrow cant wait

but i remember readin a while ago about a mk2 with 2 superchargers on cant remember what engine it was
possibly a 16v gti

but how is this done
i want something to make my car be noticed stand out a bit

this is the look im goin for but i dont know weather to keep white or go blue

ats wheels are smaller than you think. Not keen on them :smiley:

What VR6 lump is it? 2.8 or 2.9? I fancy Supercharging my Corrado some day, so I'll be interested to see what you opt for.

If you fancy supercharging the vr then there was a group buy on vr6oc that worked out quite reasonable?

There was a quite cheap kit for sale on e38 recently as well :)

Rob - I think the car you are talking about ran a supercharger and turbo on a 1.8 or 2.0 I don't think it was a vr. Was built by somebody tracksport, can't quite remember the name. This is the one I am thinking of:

i am getting the 2.8 lump its already chipped so it will be litle bit quicker

i dont know alot about superchargers i got told they take alot to maintain
the one i seen in a mag was in pvw i got the edition somewhere was'nt a cover car
was dark blue or grey i think im sure it had 2 superchargers on 16v engine ill find it out
later on

the andy waters tracksport golf used a 20valve turbo and also ran a supercharger, but is a kind of bronze colour,

yeah there was a 16v with two superchargers. its in austria and apparently sounds amazing!

I'm fairly sure I've seen supercharged VR6s.
Would be an even sweeter engine.

Depends on what blue you go for, could be great but I'd save your money for the engine and performance mods first, then think about the colour later.
