On my 5th mk7 and a serial Golf buyer.
The kit thrown in on the last of the 7’s make it a compelling purchase still versus much newer opposition despite the list price becoming very high.
The future? Who knows. Right now I’d be quite happy if my current GTI TCR is my last Golf before moving on to something totally different in years to come. It’s one hell of an encore as boring five door family hatches go.
