Halfords Berry flavour ready mixed, used it for years on VW and BMW's with no issues.

Why do you buy ready mixed?

OEM all the time. £4 a bottle and good down to -60 c so you can dilute accordingly. Smells good and is suitable for the fan jets we have.

Cheaper alternatives are available I’m sure.

Where do you get it at £4 a bottle??

Halfords Bilberry concentrate, just for the smell alone. Works perfectly.

Works out cheaper than the concentrate as the ready mixed is -10c for £4.50 or Conc' is -10c if used neat for £5 if you dilute it the freezing point rises quickly.

I dilute it 1 part concentrate, 3 parts water, even in the winter. Never had any frozen yet.

From the label, Concentrated is good for -20’C neat and -7.5’C 50/50, which is what I normally use.

The VAG stuff is the best out there, but difficult to get and pricey if you have two thirsty cars to keep.

I buy a 25L barrel of this stuff from the local motor factors and it lasts all year and doesn't freeze even when its relatively dilute.  Cheap as chips

£4.72 or £5.66 inc VAT from the dealers.

It is very good stuff and good down to -70c.

I’m addicted to the smell.

For how much? The Halfords stuff is around £5 for 5 litres.
