It is, however the Brescia are 7.5 x 19, standard 225 standard tyre fitment. The Pretoria are 8 x 19 with 235 tyre width as standard.

I think the Pretoria might be slightly wider than the Brescia hence the 235 tyre as standard. Also the Santiago rim has a 225 tyre as standard so must be the same width as the Brescia.

Santiago's are 7.5 wide, same as a Brescia.
Yes it can be done, but obvs they are not the standard fitment.
