91u9 Infotainment system Recall

Hi
Just spoke to Vw  to check any recalls due and they said this recall is due.
Googling doesn’t give any info on what it’s for.
I want to get my car Indy serviced so would need a special trip to Vw just for the recall.

Does anyone know ?

😂 I phoned up because I want to go to an Indy for my first service since I’ve owned the car and wanted to make sure any recalls have been done by the previous owner.

I had the update done today but can’t see anything different. Still not sure what’s been done.

This is an update to the firewall of the MIB system. The original firewall configuration was kind of dangerous

My car went in for warranty work and when it came out all the obdeleven mods were gone, so I checked the software version and it was the same, but I knew it had been rewritten because the mods, wonder if thats what was done,
What was dangerous with the old one?

Sorry, is this only on the MIB2 systems? not sure which a 91u9 is
