I am getting a creaking noise from the base area of the drivers seat when driving. Particularly when cornering/turning and this motion imparts a side-to-side loading on the seat (as my weight is being shifted sideways)... Sounds like if might be around the runners etc, but I cannot be sure... Any suggestions as to what we might look at to resolve...?

I had an issue with one on a former car where it had not be tightened and there was the smallest amount of movement that on laterally loading caused it to make a creaking sound. I tightened everything up and tried again even though it didn't look like it needed it and it resolved it.
Mine got dropped off today, they order a new base for the seat I will let you know if it works, I mentioned a rattle from the dash to them also, a quick drive around the block and they heard both.
Got the car back tonight, the new base has been fitted, all looks well.
