rears dont wash or wipe fronts only wipe but dont wash have tried a new washer pump and that will only work if you swap the pipes over so you push the stalk to wash the front then wipe with the normal wipers the stalk is ok because i'm getting a voltage feed at the pump end when its pushed or pulled i just cant get it working together

Disconnect the washer hoses at the ends and see if water pumps through??
Might be cloged up washers?
Also the rear wiper motor might be seized.

The washer jets easily get clogged up, so disconnecting the hoses sounds like a good idea. On both my last 2 cars, i have had to replace the rear jet as it was so clogged, only a couple of quid from vw.
