Rear bumper bend

Hi all,
So stupidly I reversed my car into a grass bank and now my rear bumper near the wheel arch has a bend in, if I push it in it goes flush and there no paint damage. Wondering if anyone knows what the issue is or how to fix it? https://ibb.co/yqXzdSF

Take it to a bodyshop, could be brackets bent of out of place behind - but at least it doesn't need paint :)
