Go with Red or Grey ?

3dr or 5dr ?.......


I always said I would go red 3dr but now am not sure. Still fancy 3dr but have warmed to the grey.
However something in my head tells me go 5dr all my Golfs, except the CS have been 5dr.

One think I don’t like now the production models have been shown is the side decals in black / grey.

I might get clear or a lighter colour fitted by my local decal guys.


So .... back to the question. Red or Grey ? 3dr or 5dr?

Having a red 3dr GTI P myself, I'd go for, errrrrrrr Red 3dr 

Not sure I'd spec the decals though. There's a good in depth review of the car on Autogefuhl if anyone wants more info.

The choices are flat grey, flat red, flat white, deep black pearl and Oryx White. Red, white and grey also have the cost option of a black roof.

Personally i'd go for flat red, 5 door, no decals, red roof.

The only disadvantage I find with 3 door is the length of the door and the difficult it poses with tight parking spaces or if someone parks tight to you. I much prefer the aesthetic of the 3 door as it happens.
