DSG Paddle Shifters
« on: 21 October 2018, 18:47 »
After a week of driving my GTi I found that the DSG paddles are way too small. Just wondering what everyone else is rocking and any recommendations.

Thanks.

I have S2T replacement paddle shifters and they are the second best thing I’ve added to my car (pedal box being the first).  They are very pricy and from US but imo well worth the outlay for their superb quality, ergonomics and in use are just beautiful to use.  I don’t like stick-on paddle extensions so it had to be full replacement shifters for me and these are just fantastic and look pretty oem which is very important to me. I went for style B3 in polished black.

The originals are only good in a straight line but I'm not paying S2T prices so I went for Leyo.
$119 against $225 from memory.
They are a compromise as in they are not full replacements but they are not stick on's either. They screw on but use a clever little wire protector so there is no damage.
They are somewhere over the Atlantic as I type this so I review them when they arrive.

Looking forward to see what you think of them Patagonian. They look like a nice alternative to the S2T.
