Air Con Profile & Air Care

As title, what air con profile do people generally use? Do people change the profile? Have people got the Air Care activated also?

Mines on the middle one, normal iirc, but when it was really hot this year I upped it to strong and it was perfect. Not noticed 'air care', what's that mean?

Something to do with helping allergies I think. I've got a button on the screen within the menu in air con.
