Has anyone seen the 18" version of the Pretoria on a GTI or GTD? Considering a purchase. Not sure if they will look a little small as obviously most Prets are 19" on the R. They are the same size and offset and size as my Parkers so would be straight swap and pop on some PS4 tyres. Guessing they might be a bit lighter than the Parkers?
The 18" Prets are heavy and sit too far into the arches.
Go for something like a Borbet FF1 in 18" which is strong, light, a similar style to Pretoria and funnily enough comes out of the same factory as most OEM VW wheels.
The FF1 comes in 8" width which will sit the tyre more squarely and also a 45mm offset which will sit the wheel in the arch more squarely.
