Based on my experiences on the R and lowering over two years:
H&R's made the car skittish especially at the rear
VWR I had issues with quality and got through about 3 sets of front springs, I believe they resolved issues
Eibach were the best of the lot and in reality I have always tended to prefer their offering to the OEM
Best driving R I have been in had B16s on and would be my choice as the damping is simple to adjust and you can tailor things
Why not just save all your money and leave the R the way it is? Why ruin it?
Because the stock suspension for me is the week point and crashy.
