Hope this has not been covered by previous forum topic.......can't find anything, so here goes ;
My 2013 mk7 showed a v nice analogue clock face on the central display as a default.
My 2017 mk7 does not show a clock face and although the relevant part of the setting menu shows digital and analogue, I can't find any way to show the analogue face on the main central screen when other functions are switched off.
Hope this is clear....any suggestions? Or maybe "it just is"?
Do you mean when the main screen is off? MY16 and earlier cars have one analogue clock face choice which displays when unit is off. MY17 Mk7 (pre facelift) onwards cars have a choice of clock faces (4 or 5) if you swipe left on the screen. Don’t know about the facelift cars.
I'd not realised that feature existed.
I was out in Leo's car a month or so ago and noticed he had the clock on the screen with the radio off.
I generally leave my radio on all the time so it just comes on with the ignition but obviously once I'd seen the clock I knew I had to have it.
A quick google search, a tick in the settings and hey presto I had the clock.
Then I read this the other day and hey presto I now have lots of clocks!
Well done Ms B!
I can't make my mind up which I prefer so keep swiping them now. Life was much simpler when I had no clock...
