Was it dark enough? At dusk I was using my lights, but the DLA would not work. Even though it was raining a little the sky was bright.

It’s completely dark. Worked perfectly on exactly the same roads in the dry weather yesterday.

I wonder if it’s picking up the refelection of its own lights from the wet road.

No, it doesn't even pick up the reflection of those big road signs. Get it in to BE because it needs calibration.
