Tried this on my Facelift GTI..

""Credit to GIAC for figuring this out with the help of Rich at dub werks:

Enter ABS controller, select adaptions, select "starting vibration reduction" from the drop-down menu, change the value from Strong to Deactivated.

Congratulations, enjoy full power with 0 intervention in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. It totally transforms the car. Now if only someone can figure out how to code out the launch control lag.""

No this was not something that worked with my GTI PP and the new sticky Conti 6 :(. The drivetrain was beaten to much..

So back to stock for me this time!. But fun to test different tweeks..

Hej, I had tried this on the Clubsport but the vibrations from the front axle are enormous unless you manage to modulate the throttle very precisely, which in everyday conditions is not that easy. Maybe on the track and maybe if you practice a lot it can give better results but I have turned it on again as I felt I was beating the sh## out of the drivetrain. Probably the extra power from the JB1 didn't help either.

I guess in the 7.5 some modules might be slightly different than in the 7?

Offline I wanted a GTi

Same here, in my GTD but I ended up changing it back.

It's limited for a reason I don't see how removing the torque limiter really adds anything. It also helps pulling away quickly rather than spinning like a madman.

Too much torque constantly and you'll just smash the drivetrain up.

I have found what i did wrong..

It is the "starting Vibration" that should be deactivated..
