Contaminated coolant?

Odd one this my partners Mk7 GTI is in under warranty for contaminated coolant issue, they tried to solve a month ago but didn't have  the correct equipment?? So it's in now for 2 days and counting keep having to wait further directives from VW. This is a main dealer btw. Anyone had any experience remotely of this issue?

No but if it's contaminated it's most likely mixing with oil and may be a faulty oil cooler. System will need flushed but never get 100% of contaminant out.
