Definitely agree axle stands are best, if not use two separate jacks one either side as the first time I fitted mine I just jacked up one side and it felt slightly out of alignment so based on that experience I would recommend you lift both sides of the car or use the axle stands.

Not a good idea to work under a car using jacks, one or two. Axle stands, properly set up, will not let go and squash you!
