Not heard a thing from dealer about handover. been told can sit at grimsby for more than a week waiting for paperwork to be passed.

My car was in Grimsby(where there is a guy called Kevin) for two months waiting on the 17 plate.

App or website haven't updated, still showing as stage 5 in transit. Guess they need time to unload and process paperwork to show arrival at the port.

I spoke to VW today ... My app went to In Transit Friday ...VW Customer service told me this afternoon car still isn't at the port...Seriously after 4 days ...2 working days ?? ....hopefully is on a boat with you gents ...or lost or even worse hijacked by illegals trying to sneak in
