mines stuck on the ship still, it's been at the port since 20th-21st i think.. :(

I did not have to speak to them on live chat.
I was updated via VW Car App with confirmation of start build date being 23/10/17 and then updated today again with my car built and in transit information.

Fair enuf... mine is still saying build week confirmed on the app  :sad:, however, live chat has confirmed it has been through quality control so should be leaving the factory soon. They also said that it won't update on the app until it has left the factory!?!?! Obviously differs from person to person!

Mine has gone to stage 5 today, left the factory and in transit. Only went to stage 4 Sat or Sunday last.

How do people work out which boat their car is on or is that just guess work by looking at shipping schedules. Mine has to get a boat to England and then another boat to Northern Ireland. Hope storm Brian and his friends stay away for a while!!

I thought cars went straight to ireland(Rosslare) and then onto the dealers across Ireland by NVD
