Current delivery times?

App has update today as build confirmed week commencing 9th October, so that’s basically only a 5weeks after the order. Assume I should be looking at end of Oct for delivery if the build date holds?

More like early November I would think. Your car sounds like it was an amended existing order to have got to build that fast.

Placed an order at the last day of August and production starts on 9 October. I think I benefitted from a slot already allocated because the details that originally showed on the "My Volkswagen" was a little different from my spec, though that's sorted now.

So I guess that's delivery towards the end of November maybe? Not too long.

Mine was ordered 3 weeks ago and got the build day yesterday and its not till mid oct and then have to wait for delivery and pick up so im looking at end of nov for mine so prob about 3 months in total.

Ordered mine 17th July, and finally got confirmed build week of 13th October, probably get my hands on it mid November, 18 weeks or so in total.

I was told yesterday the current lead time for a GTi PP is 11weeks.

I’d support that theory, ordered mine mid July, have been told build week is end of October.
So I guess I’m looking at end Nov for delivery, possibly start of December.

App has updated for my 1 July order for a GTi DSG to give build week of 16 Oct. how many weeks after build until build on average?

Ordered my 7.5 PP GTI on 25th June - BW confirmed for 16th Oct. Looks like mid/end of Nov as well. Seems a lot of PPs are getting built similar week

Think you might be right. Still very few (next to none) on Autotrader of the 7.5 PP variety.

Mine was ordered mid July and I've been told end of Oct build week.
