No worries. First time I've used DTD, but they were £2200 cheaper than my local dealer even after showing them the quote I had.I'm up in the North East so not sure whether I'm going to go down for it when it's ready yet. The cost includes someone driving it up for me, but I'll decide nearer the time. Might see if I can get the dealer to contribute to my train ticket!
If it's on PCP or any kind of dealer-arranged finance, in my experience you will need to present yourself for collection anyway to sign the documents. This is what happened with my wife's Mazda via DTD and they refunded us the cost of a train ticket to Norwich.
Ah ok cheers. Wasn't sure if they needed original signatures as opposed to scans. To be honest with a couple of weeks notice the train from up here's pretty reasonable anyway. Can usually get an advance for £50-60.
Even at that distance if it were me I'd definitely pick it up. The excitement on the journey down, the joy of seeing it for the first time then a fantastic drive all the way home getting to know your new pride and joy. It'll be fantastic

It'll be fantastic I'm starting to think this! Plus I think I'd be gutted if I got it delivered and it turned up covered in dirt and dead flies!
