I'm feeling the pinch too at the moment, no driveways etc, went a bit mental with a new armchair. Didn't realise you could spend that much on a seat but it's mega mega comfy. Shouldn't take too long for delivery though last I heard they were planting the tree to grow the timber for it....

Most comfortable seat I ever had was a front seat from an Audi S8 that was fully electric with added armrests.

It'll probably still be delivered faster than the current crop of DSG Golfs...

There are 2 colours that are not growing on me. Rubin Black and White Silver.

Wonder when a car will only come free in a grey base coat and all colours will be a cost option... Hang on, Audi's Nardo Grey...
Grey base coat = white silver. Though VW have the cheek to call it metallic so they can charge £570 for it.

I'm sorry but Black Rubin looks like a 70's throwback colour - we are in 2017 and it doesn't suit the car IMHO.

If Corbyn wins the election we might all be heading back to the 70's!!

Hi everyone,

Slightly off-topic from Rubin as a colour. I'm in process of ordering a new 7.5 GTI PP upgrading from my existing 3yr old Mk7 GTI. Looking at going for Atlantic Blue. What's the thoughts? I'm already in a Midnight Blue which looks fantastic and trying to work out if there's a noticeable difference

Thanks all
